The existing Italianate building on the corner of 24th Street and Sanchez Street in the Noe Valley neighborhood
of San Francisco housed retail on the first floor and a residential unit on the second floor. We added a new third
floor level housing an additional residential unit, remodeled the existing second floor residential unit, created
a roof deck, and prepared the first floor retail space for a new commercial tenant with access to a full basement.
