This new custom residence is to be constructed on a hilltop in Snave, Bantry,
County Cork, Ireland. The entrance is through a grand entry hall that leads through a set of doors to a library-style
living room with a fireplace and grand views. Through an arched passage from the living room, the informal dining
room opens onto a stone terrace to take advantage of the view. The kitchen also opens onto the dining room for a cozy,
family-style atmosphere. A vaulted family room has a grand fireplace, built in wet bar, french doors to the
terrace, and is easily closed off from the rest of the home for entertaining. Completing the first floor is the master
suite with its own bath and walk-in closet. The second floor has three bedrooms tucked up under the eaves, each with
its own bath and closet.
