The site is five adjacent lots on a dead end street in historic Point Richmond,
California. The lots have a very steep slope up from the street. Our solution for the difficult site was to locate
the garages and entry on a walk-out basement level, place the living spaces on level with the rear yard, and reserve the top
level for bedrooms.
